Information you provide

When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, mobile number, topic and message. We use this information to respond and manage the conversation. Please do not include sensitive identity documents or confidential financial information in the enquiry form.

Hosting and processing

Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions on our behalf. Enquiries are stored in the website’s Netlify Forms dashboard and may be forwarded to Michael’s enquiry inbox. Netlify may process information outside New Zealand and use technical information such as IP addresses to operate the service and filter spam. See Netlify’s privacy policy.

Access and retention

Access is limited to Michael and people authorised to manage his website and enquiries. During setup, John Chow administers the hosting account; access will be transferred to Michael during handover. Enquiry information is kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond and manage the relationship, and removed when no longer needed, subject to applicable obligations. To request access, correction or deletion, contact Michael using the email above.

Cookies and external links

No advertising or optional analytics trackers have been added to this website. Hosting and spam protection may process technical information. External hotel and social links take you to services with their own privacy policies.
